Here is another pink phone from Samsung. The company has decided to make the Android-powered Intercept for Sprint official. The information about this phone was on the web during the last two weeks but as for the day of the launch we knew nothing. But today is the day for Samsung’s mid-range Android handset to hit: it’s riding the publicity wave of mega-phones like the EVO and Galaxy line, but sports decidedly less impressive specs. The device itself has a fairly attractive look and it is available on Sprint for $100 after a $100 rebate.

@Swole53 sorry man, I updated the link
Is there a summary of what’s different between the Intercept at Android 2.1 and the Second at Android 2.1? The hardware looks to be much the same, although the slider keyboards are different. As a Moment proprietor, the Intercept leaves me dissapointed with Samsung because the Intercept appears to have a Android upgrade path while the virtually same Moment doesn’t (left behind at 2.1).
With many success of Google and Android in this year, I think there are many more Android handset will launching soon and also we will have Android tablet which can help your work complete very well. Most of Android handset now getting Android 2.2 but there are still some handset have not. But I think it will soon, no long more.
Thank you for the superior article, so I have been a samsung person for approximately 5 years now, and I recently upgraded from a samsung omnia i910 to the Samsung Wave and so far I am loving it! (I do pass over some options of my omnia despite the fact that) I am from Halifax Nova Scotia in Canada, I used to be originaly going to wait it out for the galaxy s to arrive at the bell network but made up our minds to buy the wave as an alternative and store myself $400.
The object is in reality helpful, I only in the near past were given a Samsung Intercept through Sprint. That is my third attempt at seeking to improve a rather out of date phone. I am hopeful about this phone as it fixed a lot of the issues that I experienced with the Moment. Ahead of I make any major changes to the phone, I want to at least be sure that I can stay it for greater than a week, and thus far, it is been going great =)
I really like this text, I have just lately introduced a Samsung Wave (my first Sammy) and am slightly proud of it. Upgraded from a Motorola E770v. I am from New Zealand (a kiwi) Grin , and these telephones have now not been released ‘officially’ from both Vodafone or XT. I’m operating in the course of the options of this gorgeous piece of equipment, and am looking forward to it.
I feel is simply too big for most people to make use of simply as a phone. I guess if you’re the kind of one that’s likely to apply it to a table more than within the hand, or you are seven feet tall, then it might are compatible you perfectly.
Adequate so i have been getting tired of my HTC Pure and it’s pretty much dull the hell out of me. So i jumped in this blog to peer what i may just do to change my phone up just a little bit. Somebody that can lend a hand me upload new subject matter’s, video games or apps would be a great deal appreciated.
